AGENT CLEANING

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services Provided

Agent Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including commercial

cleaning, domestic cleaning, bond cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing and specialised

services as quoted. All services are performed strictly in accordance with the approved quote,

invoice or written agreement.

2. Quotes & Variations

Quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the

information provided by the Client. If property condition materially differs, Agent Cleaning

reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Additional works requested outside agreed

scope will incur further charges.

3. Payment Terms

Residential services: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Commercial

contracts: Payment due within seven (7) or fourteen (14) days as stated on invoice. Overdue

accounts may incur administrative fees, reasonable interest, suspension of services, and

recovery of collection costs.

4. Cancellations & Access

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide access may result

in call-out fees or full service charges. Services cannot proceed without safe access, electricity

and water supply.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must ensure safe access, removal of valuables, secured pets and operational

utilities. Agent Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, fair wear and tear, or undisclosed

defects.

6. Bond Cleaning Guarantee

Bond cleans are performed to professional industry standards. Re-attendance within 48 hours

is available for cleaning-related issues provided payment is received in full and property

condition remains unchanged.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Cleaning is not liable for indirect or

consequential loss. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the service supplied. Nothing

excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Insurance

Agent Cleaning maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance. Certificates of Currency are

available upon request.

9. Health & Safety

Agent Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are

unsafe, hazardous or non-compliant with workplace safety standards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject

exclusively to Queensland courts.

11. Amendments

Agent Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version

will be published on the official website.

12. Commercial Client Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold

harmless Agent Cleaning, its directors, employees, contractors and representatives from and

against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including

legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach of

these Terms by the Client; (b) any negligent, unlawful or wrongful act or omission by the Client,

its employees, tenants, invitees or agents; (c) any failure by the Client to provide safe access,

accurate instructions, or adequate disclosure of hazards; (d) any damage to equipment caused

by site conditions not disclosed prior to service; (e) any third-party claims arising from

conditions existing at the property prior to or independent of the services provided. Where loss

or damage is contributed to by the Client’s acts or omissions, liability shall be apportioned

accordingly. Agent Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential

loss including but not limited to loss of business, loss of rent, loss of profit, or reputational

damage. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be

unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law.
